About the Role:

GCA Altium’s London office is looking for an M&A / Corporate Finance Intern for a 12 month internship commencing in Summer 2019. We offer an excellent working atmosphere in a highly dynamic team. Your work will include in-depth company and industry research, producing financial analyses and valuation models and assisting on client pitches and transaction execution. We work in small teams where you benefit from deep project involvement and you will have the opportunity to work across a number of industries.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate student between second and third year of university
• Availability for a 12 month internship starting in Summer 2019
• 2:1 or above (achieved or expected) in any degree subject (preferably finance, accounting or economics)
• 2 or more A grades (or above) at A-Level
• Driven individual with analytical skills and strong commercial awareness
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining quality of output whilst working under tight deadlines
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
• The right to work in the UK
