About the role

As a member of the HR Team, this role will help serve all of our team including the CEO, National Office Staff, front line staff and those working in our projects. HR has the privilege of working across the organisation and interacting with all of our team to support them in their roles.
The Payroll & HR Administrator will provide a high-quality payroll processing service, and will support the HR Team with administration, to help ensure a professional, compassionate and efficient service is delivered to the organisation. Therefore, the successful candidate will be passionate about the work that we do and see the importance of having good processes in place to ensure that things run smoothly and that expectations are clear. You will need to have excellent interpersonal and administration skills, being able to work calmly under pressure and understanding the importance of confidentiality.
We believe the HR team plays a key role in helping to shape the culture of the organisation. Therefore, you should be someone who models our values and understands how these impact the way that we work. This role can often be busy with a number of competing demands, and you should therefore be someone who can work flexibly. We are looking for someone who is a strong team player, who is able to communicate well, and be available to help where needed.
