The division generated about 40 percent of its sales in 2012 with products that have been on the market for less than two years. About the Role:

Job responsibilities:

  • Provide HR service, including employee development / training, and performance
  • Assist HR business partner as well as associates regarding HR activities.
  • Support HR business partner in training
  • Support HR business partner in employee activities
  • Support HR business partner in projects, such as competence management
  • Personnel file management
  • Other tasks related to HR.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Good ability to handle conflicts
  • Able to work under pressure and work independently
  • Proficient in using office software.
