Depending upon your skills, interests and future career aspirations, you may find yourself working as part of the Sales or Business Development teams:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Working as part of the wider Trading team, you will be helping to identify new opportunities, customers and suppliers to take the business further through thorough research, business feedback and applying your inquisitive approach. Seeing this research through to fruition, you will share your findings with the team to then monitor, accurately record and chase feedback, all managed through our CRM and bespoke account systems. You will be providing support to the Business Development and Sales teams, especially in activities relating to account management and coordinating relevant updates to the CRM system - producing the resulting management information and reports as required.

You will help to chase paperwork from customers when needed, and provide cover for holidays and when the Sales teams are overseas or out on the road. In this fast paced role, you will also work with the Business Development team, in researching new territories and prospective customers to help direct focus weeks and sales activity.

You will be an organised and logical thinker, operating at pace and under pressure, whilst not sacrificing quality and accuracy. Your commercial approach will ensure that your efforts are well placed, and your analytical skills will be challenged daily.
