When I first found out about FDM I loved their model, specifically the focus on equipping candidates with the necessary skills.

Not only did FDM teach me the necessary skills, they placed me at a world class Bank in South Africa.I was excited to be amongst the few selected to be trained as a trade and risk management platform production support analyst, it was a perfect fit. With the opportunity available to me throughout the Graduate Programme, my hard work and career growth was recognised and I won employee of the month for August. My experience with FDM has been awesome to say the least.”
