About the Role:

  • Own and deliver the weekly Operations plan
  • Play an integral part in the operations process, effectively liaise and collaborating with Production, Warehouse and Supply chain teams on the plan
  • Lead daily and weekly planning meetings with cross functional Operations teams
  • Analyse the production output data to drive improvements in plan accuracy
  • Work closely with the Planning Executive and Coordinators to communicate out the plan and create supporting materials for other teams
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis as well as regular business reviews to support decision making; work to improve data systems and develop new reporting tools to provide better business visibility
  • Be part of Operations calendar planning process: including new product launches, major events and bank holidays

Requirements:

  • An analytical degree in an area such as Engineering, Economics, Sciences, Statistics, or Maths from a top tier university
  • Ideally 1-2 years experience or an internship within Operations or in an analytical role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate problems and solutions across various teams
  • Highly analytical and a critical thinker, very comfortable working with large volumes of numerical data
  • Advanced excel skills
  • An energetic individual with a genuine interest in Operations, and are driven to meet and exceed company goals while progressing your career within a fast-growing business
  • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
