About the role

Manufacturing & Operations Summer Interns within Air experience working in areas to widen their knowledge and develop their technical skills and competencies. Placements are available in each of the 4 main Manufacturing Sub-Disciplines; Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Planning Control & Logistics across our various aircraft programmes.

Role Duties and Responsibilities:

Roles and responsibilities will depend on placements undertaken but may involve working on research and development programmes and identifying new and emerging technologies to support Future Aircraft Programmes.

Requirements

To apply, you’ll need to be on course for achieving a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree in one of the following subjects only: Operations Management; Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with Manufacturing and Management; Engineering with Technology Management; Logistics Management; Production Engineering & Management; Manufacturing & Mechanical Engineering; Business Management; Aerospace Engineering; Manufacturing Systems; Materials Science;

or

Any degree with a manufacturing and operations/management bias.
