About the Role:

Over the course of an 8-week programme, you’ll absorb and learn all about Fidelity International and discover how our component parts work together. This is particularly true within Distribution Operations where, in addition to the lunch and learns and overviews you will receive, you will complete a project in one of; Anti-Money Laundering, Brokerage, Fund Data Management or Pricing.

  • Learn alongside leaders: You’ll learn how our team of experts ensure that Fidelity works seamlessly on multiple platforms and understand what is necessary in the back office to ensure this success.
  • Embrace the rotation: Distribution Operations are responsible for supporting the business in a variety of ways. You could potentially have rotations within Fund Data Management, Retirement Benefits Team – Pensions, Re-Regulations and Transfers –Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP), Workplace Investing (WI) or Personal Investing (PI), Brokerage or the Anti-Money Laundering team.
  • Presentation: At the end of your eight week programme, you’ll present a review of your time with Fidelity and answer questions which will contribute towards the potential of a graduate offer for 2019.

Requirements:

You need to be ambitious, enthusiastic and driven. We want someone who is unafraid to challenge the status quo, yet someone who can disrupt appropriately. We want innovative thinking but critically, people who can complement this skill with delivery. You need to be both resilient and tenacious in order to overcome any obstacles in your way.

You will be graduating in 2019 and you will have a minimum of three C’s at A level or equivalent and be on track for at least a 2:1 degree (or equivalent).
