About the Role:
The Office Manager & Facilities Intern is in charge of receiving all the people who visit or work inside the facilities of the CobuilderHub as well as assist the operations analyst in daily tasks regarding Facilities, communication and the proper functioning of the Hub. At the same time you will work in the management and execution of community events and workshops.
Functions to perform:
- To receive every person who enters the Hub in a friendly, cordial and cheerful.
- Messaging and parcel reception.
- Advise the members of the Hub.
- Make the supplies orders.
- Communicate and promote weekly activities in the CBH.
- Keep the form updated with the information of the members of the Hub.
- Register new members.
- Management of requests and improvements of the members.
- Supervise the work of facilities.
- Coordinate and resolve incidents with suppliers.
- Management and support of events.
- Inventory control.
