About the Role:
Creative Sparks is an exciting design and communications agency within Capita’s employee benefits business, working with some of the UK’s most recognisable brands. Specialising in employee engagement, the 25-strong team consults on and delivers integrated creative solutions across all media, helping clients build recognition around their employment proposition and employee benefits.

This is a great opportunity for someone studying corporate communications, marketing or business management with an interest in marketing communications.
Working as a marketing intern you will play an integral part of this team, supporting the marketing campaigns and ensuring their efficacy you will have a hands on and integral role within the team.
Key responsibilities:
Setting up email templates and campaigns
Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns
Compiling email and website analytics reports
Updating website content over a portfolio of sites
Assisting the Strategic Consultants
Contributing to work planning meeting and schedule
Effectively briefing work to the design and development team
Setting up Social Media advertising and reporting
Creating client presentations with an opportunity to attend client meetings and present
Involved in animation creation and managing third party suppliers
Establishing a solid and trusted relationship with consulting and design team
Having a hands on approach to Project Management; creation of accurate timing plans, scope and project delivery
Overseeing the quality of service delivery in terms of accuracy, efficiency and client satisfaction
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role will be looking to undertake a ‘year in business’ as part of their degree and will ideally be studying a marketing related subject and have a keen interest in forging a career in this area. They will also have:
Excellent organisational and project management skills
Excellent written English language and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong numeracy skills
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Ability to multitask and continually reprioritise tasks against agreed objectives
