About the Role:

Neusoft MT (Neusoft Management Trainee Program) is a global talent development program, designed to train future leaders for the company. The company adopts multi-dimensional selection techniques to select outstanding talents with business ceremony, developmental potential, success determination and leadership potential among graduates. Through customized training and practical assignments, the trainees are expected to be professional manager in various fields and develop together with the company.

• Sales Management Trainee:

Looking for excellent graduates and training them to be domestic and international sales elites and management cadres. The training period will be 2-3 years. During the training period, trainees will experience job rotations in different positions (related to sales). After the program, the trainee could become a sales manager or sales elite in the industry.

• Function Management Trainee:

Looking for excellent graduates and training them to be the company's future leaders. The training period is 2 years. During the training period, trainees will experience job rotations in different departments and positions. After the program, the trainee’s long-term position will be confirmed according to the evaluation results of each position the trainee worked on. Gradually, the trainee will be promoted to be the company’s manager.

• Management Trainee Intern:

Looking for outstanding students who will be reserved for Neusoft’s management trainees. Based on their 3-6 months’ internship performance, they can obtain the offer of Neusoft management trainees in advance.
