About the Role:

2020 Delivery is the UK’s leading public service management consultancy. We work exclusively within public services to deliver lasting positive change for service users, patients and taxpayers. Most of our clients are in healthcare, with some work in education, central government and more.

We’re looking for individuals who share our intellectual curiosity, passion, enthusiasm and dedication to solving the knotty problems required to improve public services.

Our Junior Consultants are a key part of our team and from day one you can expect to get stuck into a client project, working alongside other consultants, senior decision makers and front-line staff. Your work will involve the day-to-day deliverables that have impact and make a real difference to our clients, including data collection and analysis, and structured, collaborative problem solving.

As you progress, you will become more involved in the development of personal client relationships and contribute to our business through your entrepreneurial spirit and thought leadership.

Junior Consultants learn mostly through substantial client-facing project roles, supported by our two-year Junior Consultant Development Programme, which includes a range of formal training, on-project mentoring, self-directed learning and peer support.

Requirements:

We rely on exceptional individuals who adhere to our four core values of optimism, rigour, humility and respect. We require all our consultants to possess excellent analytical, problem solving and people skills, and to be passionate about achieving lasting change in public services. Our consultants deliver projects and also train and mentor client staff to deliver improvements. We welcome candidates from any background. Applicants should be motivated team-players.

Applicants should be in their final year of university or recently graduated.

We can offer visa sponsorship to successful international candidates who hold, and are currently studying under, a valid Tier 4 General student visa. Please note that this only applies to our Graduate Junior Consultant permanent position.
