We are looking to recruit a Marketing Manager reporting UK Food Marketing Director leading our Italian business Dolmio. Italian is a scale and profitable part of our business and the job holder will need to develop and deploy brand and activation plans that not only create value for the UK but can also be scaled to other markets.

About the role

  • Brand and Communication Strategy – identify and specify marketing initiatives, develop and deploy them.
  • Brand Management - Review segment, consumer & brand data to support creation and shaping of brand strategy, on-going performance analysis and regular brand reviews. Budget management.
  • Range Management, Innovation and Pricing - recommend market coverage strategy including 5 year innovation pipeline
  • Media - develop local media strategy and plan, including digital/social media, leading a continual effort to maximize reach and increase ROI on media spend
  • In-store Visibility Management - liaise with sales to ensure effective execution of brand initiatives in-store

Requirements

  • Be a graduate calibre brand champion, with significant experience in a blue chip FMCG/consumer products with a strong marketing and management background.
  • Ability to:

  • Drive brand meaning, nurtures distinctive memory structures
  • Develop and execute multi-channel content, builds creative partnerships
