About the Roles:

There are 3 types of Investment Internship on offer at Fidelity. If you show promise and improvement over the course of the summer, you could be offered a place on our graduate programme.

• Equity Research: Research Analysts at Fidelity meet with company management, speak to their customers, competitors, suppliers, and industry experts to fully understand their chances of success or failure, and to forecast how their share price is likely to evolve over the coming years. Over the course of an 8-week programme, you’ll research individual stocks and present your findings to a panel of senior investors.
• Fixed Income: Our Fixed Income team manages debt securities in a range of funds covering investment grade, high yield, emerging market debt, hybrids and money markets. Over the course of an 8-week programme, you’ll prepare investment reports and attend portfolio strategy meetings.
• Multi Asset: It’s important that a fund makes a return on the initial investment. Our job is to research and decide on the best markets and funds to invest in, whether it be a Fidelity fund or that of another asset manager. Over the course of an 8-week programme, you’ll learn how different asset classes behave.

We’re looking for highly driven people with intellectual curiosity, ambition and an absolute commitment to serving the best interests of our clients. We want candidates with a thirst for knowledge, independent and confident thinkers, from any degree discipline and on track for a 2:1.
