About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a student to join our Human Resources team on a 12 month internship supporting the Talent Acquisition function.   • Help to promote our brand on campus through coordinating and planning activities and events
  • Build and develop keep in touch channels to help to support our pipelining activity for the future
  • Play an active role in social media management.
  • Support our brand ambassador community
  • Facilitate assessment centres and be a part of the end to end recruitment process for our future graduates and interns.
  • Helping to develop open feedback culture in our talent programme community.
  • Manage events associated with our entry level talent programmes
  • Ensure intern and graduate support materials for managers are updated and improved
  • Support Inclusion Topics
  • Exposure to all aspects of strategic human resource management
  • This list is not exhaustive you will have the freedom to shape your placement year including taking ownership of strategic projects

Requirements:

  • You will be studying towards a Business related or Human Resources related (but we would be open to consider other degrees if you have the passion for this role) degree and looking to complete a 12 month Internship as part of your degree.
  • You will be a good communicator, have the ability to build relationships and have excellent organisational skills.
