About the role

Responsible for undertaking HR related tasks with learning tailored towards developing the individual to becoming capable of progression by undertaking all aspects of HR related activity to cost, quality and schedule. HR related activity will include resourcing and recruitment, performance management, reward and recognition, employee relations, learning and development and organisation development.

Follow you passion with the following responsibilities

• Working as part of the HR team you will be supporting the business to ensure all the people related processes and systems operate effectively and efficiently.
• You will be responsible for the delivery of the HR service into the business either as part of a specialist team or in a business partnering role.
• You will work across a range of stakeholders, and be responsible for delivering a range of business requirements and demands through the HR team.

Requirements

As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or predicted to obtain, a 2:2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
