About the Role:

Strategic financial planning and global investment advice are inextricably linked as an emerging profession. The role will be to assist in the recruitment and development of individuals in this profession.

The firm is a young, dynamic and entrepreneurial firm that has a growing work force of predominantly graduates undertaking professional qualifications in order to provide strategic financial planning and global investment advice to high net worth individuals. It is looking to hire an individual to assist in the recruitment and development of staff.

Requirements:

• strong people and communication skills;
• complete integrity and discretion;
• a teachable spirit and enquiring mindset;
• excellent administrative and organisational skills;
• huge levels of common sense;
• the highest level of attention to detail;
• presentability.
• a recent graduate with at least a 2:1 degree from a top university.
• It is likely that the individual will have an interest in the City, investment or asset management and/or financial planning, and an understanding of the regulated environment in which the role will exist.
