About the role

You will learn about how HR supports driving business performance and prepare for the future world of work, whilst managing ongoing change in the environment. Using people data, you will learn how to get insights to enable the business to make informed choices. You will be responsible for analysing data from dashboards and supporting HR Business Partners in the execution of projects.

Requirements

• This role is suited for a graduate with a degree in Human Resources or Business Studies
• Must be proactive, well-organised, a quick-learner, inquisitive
• Must be able to work well in a dynamic team environment
• Excellent Excel skills, creativity and project planning would be an advantage
