This role is for Human Resources, Psychology or Business students. You will be reviewing and improving the entire recruitment process, which includes the screening of applicants, phone/face-to-face interviews and reference checks, and you will be in charge of the performance management systems. You will also be responsible for periodically reviewing the HR and Administrative processes, and assisting in managing the office administration tasks.
