About the Role:

Based: Sheffield

Salary: £35,000 pro rata

Hours: 20-25 hours per week worked across 5 days.

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and commercial HR Manager who’s looking to work with a values driven, growing organisation. This is a newly created role due to our growth and will be our first dedicated HR role. This role will provide a huge scope to add value and make a difference. Supporting 40 colleagues this is a part time position for 20-25 hours per week working 5 short days per week.

You’ll be an innovative individual who can work with our team to create a superb employer brand to attract, recruit and retain the very best talent.

This is a standalone hands-on HR role and as well as supporting the team on a range of recruitment and employee relations matters you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the administrative HR functions. You’ll need to be happy to roll your sleeves up and take on all aspects of HR.

You will have an external mentor in the form of a People & OD Consultant who works with us to shape our OD activity and full support on projects from an ambitious leadership team.
