About the Role:

The Human Resources department in both Beijing and Shanghai is looking for a young energetic university student to support the Talent Acquisition team as an Intern.

Your primary focuses are:

• Optimize employer brands for IPG PR brands and expand talent souring channels
• Assist along the talent selection lifecycle, primarily for junior level vacancies
• Help maintain and enhance existing talent database & internal reports
• Other administrative tasks when assigned

Requirements:

• Able to intern 3 days a week for at least 3 months
• Internship exp. in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment function in a multinational company
• Excellent control of both oral and written English
