Our 3 year trainee scheme will:
See you working within the Human resources function, rotating through various areas of the Division, which will include HR itself, Learning & Organisational Development and Group Programme Management.
Offer opportunities to be involved with delivering projects that enable real business benefit.
Support you in obtaining relevant professional qualifications such as the CII Certificate in Insurance, PRINCE2 Practitioner (Project Management qualification) and a relevant HR Professional Qualification.
