REED are looking for talented graduates to join our 3-year Graduate Training Scheme. If you’re motivated by targets (and money!) then a role in sales or recruitment could be the graduate role for you.

Overview of the REED Graduate Training Scheme

Year 1

You'll get to grips with how our business works. Understanding our core operations is fundamental to your future success and you've got three options to decide between:

  1. Reed Specialist Recruitment: Recruitment Consultant
  2. Recruitment Advertising - Sales Executive
  3. Reed in Partnership: Employment Adviser/Broker (limited vacancies)

Starting Salary: £23,000 (up to £27,000 in London) + £1,000 joining bonus + On Track Earnings (OTE)

Year 2

Loving your first year role? Smashing your targets and reaping the financial rewards? Then why not stay on in your branch and aim for promotion. Our Team Leader training will help you develop the skills needed to grow and manage your own team of consultants.

Fancy a change? Make sure you’ve been networking across the business to find out what’s on offer. You’ll be sent a list of rotation opportunities 10 months in to your 1st role which you can apply for, but if you’ve networked effectively and proved your worth, then it is not unheard of for managers to create new roles in their teams for exceptional performers.

Year 3

We expect you to be moving into a senior position by this point. If you're in operations then we can offer unrivalled development through our Management Academy – a year long programme that moulds talented individuals into our future managers.

Alternatively you may opt to move / continue in a central support role (e.g. HR , Finance, Marketing, Learning & Development).

Benefits to you:

Salary: £29,000 OTE. This comprises:
- A starting salary of £23,000 (up to £27,000 in London)
- Plus a £1,000 joining bonus
- Uncapped bonus
- Annual performance related salary increase
- Three, one-year placements across our different businesses
- Structured induction and training programme
- Full or part sponsorship to study towards a professional qualification

If you stay on in operations, the combination of your annual salary increases, combined with any OTE bonuses could easily lead to a personal income of over £100K over the 3 years of the scheme.

Minimum Requirements:

- 2.1 degree (obtained or expected)

- Target-driven

- Eligibility to work in the UK (we cannot offer VISA sponsorship)
