We are looking for bright graduates from any discipline to help drive our next phase of growth as a Graduate Research Executive. No experience is necessary.

Kick start your career in Market Research with ABA

  • Delivering insight for famous UK brands, using a variety of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
  • Developing your skills, through a mixture of ‘on the job’ and formal training, to become a skilful Research Executive helping deliver ‘research that works’
  • Opportunities to craft your skills at every stage of the project cycle including;
  • Project set-up – developing questionnaires and discussion guides
  • Brainstorming ideas and findings to identify key themes
  • Analysis of quantitative and qualitative data
  • Charting key findings and presenting these to clients
  • Opportunities for involvement in exciting new methods – Vox Pops, WhatsApp Communities, biometrics as well as text analytics and data visualisation tools
  • Travelling the UK to speak to the nations’ shoppers
  • Widening your commercial retail knowledge – developing an understanding of consumer behaviour


We’re looking for exceptional people with raw ability to develop

  • Desire to learn quickly and solve problems in fast-changing situations
  • Logical and rigorous thinking with strong analytical skills and the ability to write authoritatively
  • Can absorb large amounts of information and pick out the key stories
  • Ability to work in a thorough, precise manner and display excellent attention to detail
  • Capacity to execute multiple tasks – prioritising effectively
  • Problem solving skills to find pragmatic solutions to fast-changing situations

Specifics we look for in our graduates

  • 2:1 or above from any degree background
  • Strong A-Level grades - ideally including a maths or science subject
  • A keen interest in retail brands and curiosity about why people shop the way they do
  • A ‘can do’ attitude with a track record of producing great outcomes to be proud of
