About the Role:

This graduate programme is like no other. From the start you will take accountability for a team of up to 30 operatives and the challenges that our pioneering and highly automated 1.2 million square foot CFCs throw at you. Towards the end of the two year development programme you will reach the level of skill where you will be taking on more and more responsibility within the CFC. It will challenge you! It is a tough environment, our operation is live 24 hours, 7 days a week, so you will need to be flexible to work shift patterns that would include both day and night shifts and weekends. However, the opportunity to be part of the world’s largest online supermarket and to meet the challenge of customers’ expectations in our very unique operating model is guaranteed to be an exciting one!

Requirements:

  • Strong A-levels with BBB or equivalent and have, or be expecting, a 2:1 degree or above in any discipline (Economics, Operations Management, Logistics etc. would be an advantage but is not a requirement)
  • Some related work experience is an advantage, although this is not essential
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Highly motivated and a proactive team player
  • Highly driven individuals with strong resilience
  • Self-sufficient and confident to put ideas forward
  • Analytical with an eye for detail
  • Adept at planning and organising yourself within tight deadlines
  • Solve problems and approach tasks creatively
  • You must have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme (24 months), be flexible to travel whilst on a placement and be fluent in English.
