About the Role:

This 2 year programme will involve four rotations across a wide range of areas including Supply Chain, Logistics, Operational Management, Finance, General Merchandise and Human Resources. This rotational programme provides a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your own development based on your interests and passion. You will work on many business specific projects and spend time learning about the intricacies of our unique business model.

Your responsibilities will vary dependent on placement but generally in this programme you will be working hands on within the business, conducting practical work to improve processes and procedures and generating new ideas. You will be involved in project managing small to medium sized projects in various business areas. This could encompass anything from helping in the initial stages of developing a new site, graduate recruitment, contributing to our strategy development, and many others. Most importantly you will learn about all aspects of the business in order to appreciate what makes us a leader in the fast-paced, ever-changing world of online retail.

Requirements:

  • Strong A-Levels with BBB or equivalent, and have, or be expecting, a 2:1 degree or above in any discipline
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills
  • Be able to think analytically and outside the box
  • Keen to generate new ideas
  • Ambition and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Good commercial awareness
  • Adaptable and able to work under pressure
  • A keen interest in retail
  • Flexible about location (as our main offices are located in Hatfield and Welwyn Garden City)
  • You must have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme (24 months), be flexible to travel whilst on a placement and be fluent in English.
