About the Role:

The programme is designed to support you in becoming a Finance leader of tomorrow. This 3 year programme will involve a series of one year placements across a variety of Finance areas including: Retail, Operations, Central, Technology and Group Finance. You will have the opportunity to gain essential skills in key accounting techniques, information reporting, budgeting/forecasting and ad hoc analysis. These skills will allow you to aid business decisions, work on business specific projects and spend time learning about the intricacies of our unique business model.

Requirements:

  • You do not need to have any finance experience, just a flair for working with numbers
  • Strong A-Levels with BBB or equivalent, and have, or be expecting, a 2:1 degree or above in any discipline
  • Ability to build effective working relations with a variety of people and different levels
  • Highly motivated, self-sufficient and adept at planning and organising yourself within tight deadlines
  • Highly inquisitive and confident at putting ideas forward
  • Analytical with an eye for detail
  • Ability to present work in an interesting and clear way
  • Solve problems and approach tasks creatively
  • Share our sense of adventure
  • You must have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme (36 months), be flexible to travel whilst on a placement and be fluent in English.
