About the Role:

Our programme is designed with you at the core giving you the experience of our diverse business through rotations across the UK&I Zone in both technical and commercial placements. This is supported through a tailored off the job training schedule that gives you the right support at the right time during the 12 months. We also recognise the importance in giving you access to our senior leaders and importance in gaining the right exposure during this early time in your career. Though our strategic country projects you will have the opportunity to own and deliver real value to our business.
