About the Role:

You will be expected to contribute and have an impact from day one fulfilling “actual roles” within our operation, supported by a comprehensive structured training programme and relevant job-related training. Mentored by an experienced manager, you will be supported through any relevant qualifications whilst gaining important on-the-job work experience as well as attending various personal development courses. You will be fully immersed in the workings of the business, interacting with key decision makers whilst at the same time being coached and mentored. In return, we require you to be eager to learn, keen to get ahead, ambitious, confident in challenging the ‘norm’ and be willing to experience different aspects of the business.

Requirements:

  • As a minimum, we require you to have a 2:1 or above in a relevant graduate qualification or equivalent
  • Flexible approach to location
