About the role:

During this bespoke two year programme, you will have the chance to gain a broad understanding of the whole business by rotating across key departments throughout the scheme. This unique development programme is designed to equip our graduates for their first management position. As well as the opportunity to gain knowledge from every area of the business, you will spend part of your placement at one of our other sites across the globe. As part of the scheme, you will have regular reviews to support and discuss the best rotations to select for your development needs and career aspirations. You will also benefit from extensive training, including classroom-based learning as well as mentoring from a member of our Senior Leadership Team who will be able to provide invaluable support to help elevate your career. Alongside this, you’ll have a great support network of experienced managers and an ex-graduate buddy who will always be on hand to help.
