About the Role:

They are looking to hire graduates to work for them as Application Support Consultants. You will be focusing on the Finance modules of the client's ERP software such as sales, purchase ledger, supply chain etc.

You will be working in a busy team environment within the IT support team and will be resolving customer issues using analytical skills and taking into account the customer's business and operation practices.

Requirements:

This role is ideal for candidates who are from an Information Systems, IT or similar, or Business, Finance, Accounting or similar backgrounds who want to work in a customer support environment providing support to customers from an operational perspective.

• You must have customer services experience
• Some understanding of accounting principles is beneficial
• A degree in a STEM or suitable subject at 2.2 (equivalent) or over
• The role will involve travel so a valid driving licence is preferred
