About the Role:

A permanent opportunity has arisen for a Digital Analyst based within the Digital team at FGH, Bradford.

The purpose of the role is to understand where our customers come from, how they navigate our websites, what features encourage them to spend valuable time on our sites, identify potential problems (along with solutions) why customers end up exiting our sites without buying and, most importantly, how we can inspire customers to come back again to shop with us. To achieve this, an Analyst, who is passionate about numbers, must gather data from various sources and tools to provide actionable recommendations which enable business teams to make justifiable decisions.


  • Educated to degree level or equivalent business-related qualifications
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills
  • Must be comfortable interacting across all levels of management
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be able to think creatively about issues and find resolutions
  • The ability to multi-task and willingness to excel and take on new responsibilities
  • Enthusiastic about what you do and work as part of a team to excel
