About the Role:

Our two-year programme is a mix of on-the-job and off-the-job training. You will have a wealth of opportunities to familiarise yourself with our business; water, waste and energy.

As part of the Graduate Programme, you will be supported through a structured management development programme, undertaking a series of leadership and management modules with your graduate cohort. Complete our training, and you’ll become one of the environmental professionals that will make our business a success in the future.

Under our Future Business Leaders Stream you will undertake two 1-year rotational placements where you will gain business exposure; developing you into our Business Leaders of the future. For example, gaining experience of our commercial contracts to put you on the pathway to becoming one of our future Depot Managers.

Requirements:

You will need to have achieved by September 2019 a minimum of a 2:1 in the degree discipline set out in the advert for the graduate role you wish to apply for.

You need to be eligible to work in the UK without restriction by commencement of employment (we are unable to provide sponsorship for graduate roles) and be able to take up permanent employment with the company. You’ll also need a full driving license. During the recruitment process you’ll be required to provide original documentation.
