About the Role:

Our well-established Finance graduate scheme gives you exposure to different teams and business areas whilst studying towards CIMA, an internationally recognised professional qualification in management accountancy.

Our three-year Finance scheme will place you right at the heart of our business, influencing financial decisions and driving real value, both for npower and our customers.

With placements in different teams and business areas, you could find yourself analysing the net margin impact of a new customer product or managing the finances of a multi-million-pound capital investment. Alternatively, you could be producing financial data or reporting and deciding on investment options. Whatever you do, you’ll be given a real role with the opportunity to help drive business performance, with placement allocation determined by skills, aspirations and business demands.

Our 3-year Finance Graduate Scheme will also stretch your skills, in a supportive culture that’s designed to give you what you need to succeed and define your career path at npower. You’ll follow a tailored development plan for the duration of the Scheme and get full support through a mentoring scheme and knowledge-sharing sessions

We’ll round all of this off by sponsoring you towards a CIMA professional qualification. So, when you finish the scheme, you’ll be equipped with all the knowledge and expertise to become a well-rounded finance professional.

Requirements:

We’re looking for positive and motivated graduates who can demonstrate their passion for Finance. Whether it’s your core subject or not, as long as you can show your enthusiasm for all things Finance. You’ll need to be a passionate self-starter with real integrity and the ability to communicate your ideas, then we want to hear from you.

You will have a minimum of a 2:1 bachelor’s degree, in any discipline (numerate/analytical degrees are an advantage).
