About the Role:
- As HR Department in a multinational company we provide quality HR services to attract, develop, motivate and retain a diverse workforce within a supportive work environment. We do this with an emphasis on customer service based on consultation and communication with all our internal customers.
- This placement will provide real-world HR experience and help prepare an individual to enter the workplace as a HR Assistant. This experience will allow the individual to be exposed to many facets of Human Resources which may include on-boarding, employee relations, employee records maintenance, policy and procedure development, personnel administration, data analysis, recruiting, and talent management.
- The Intern will gain valuable insight into how the HR function supports business operations.
Requirements:
- Interest in HR management.
- Computer literate – experience of using Microsoft Office.
- Good oral and written communication skills in Spanish.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to demonstrate good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good team player with initiative.
- Flexible approach to work.
- Creative, self-motivated.
- Ability to come up with, assess and deliver new ideas.
- Good customer service and social skills.
- Flexible approach to work, happy to “juggle” different things at the same time.
