Interactive Workshops (IW) is a fast-paced, rapidly-growing L&D agency based in Chiswick, West London, partnering with a global client base that includes Airbus, BMW, Red Bull, MINI, Savills and Schindler. We specialise in the design and delivery of business-focused workshops. Our workshops are dynamic working and learning experiences, tailored to the needs of the client.

About the Role:

As a Consultant, you will gain maximum exposure to each area of the business and be encouraged to dive in and get involved from day one. Your experience will also be laced with continuous training and development as our main focus is ensuring our people soar to new heights.

Aspects of the role could include: Consultative Selling, Needs Analysis, Design, Facilitation and Account Management. You will be working closely with senior members and clients to design learning and development programmes. You will be involved in all parts of the design process: from understanding client requirements to the implementation. Due to the nature of IW, successful applicants will also have the opportunity to work on projects in all areas of the business including digital marketing and sales strategy.

Requirements:

Previous experience in L&D is not required. Confident, organised and ambitious people will thrive here.
