About the Programme:

Immerse yourself in this two-day learning spree where you’ll meet the women who lead our business and be inspired to aim high in your career. With panel discussions, Q&As with our people and interactive workshops, you’ll learn about EY’s career opportunities and get lots of ideas on where to start yours.

What will you be doing?

Over two days you’ll take part in workshops, panel events and discussions featuring high-achieving women from across EY. As well as learning about their stories, you’ll pick up great advice to help you sculpt your own, as you begin your career in business.

There’ll also be Q&As with our people and networking events. If you make a great impression, you may get the chance to be fast-tracked onto one of our summer internships or industrial placements.

You need to be in your first year at uni.
