About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join the McDonald’s Digital Product team based in Shoreditch, London. The successful candidate will be

• Supporting the McDonald’s Corporation Global Product team in delivering new products and features into markets
• Supporting the McDonald’s Corporation Global Product team in assisting the International Lead Markets in adopting new products and features
• Liaising with stakeholders to understand and support delivery of key business objectives

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with good analytical, creative and organisational skills who enjoys working in a busy environment and has a strong interest in customer experience, user centric design and product development.

Requirements:

• Adaptable with a positive can-do attitude
• Ability to be flexible and work with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• A strong level of IT proficiency (nice to have - an understanding of agile project management tools and practices but not a necessity)
• A strong interest in developing product development and management skills in a global company
• An understanding or interest in how design can influence or impact customer behaviours
• Confident communicator
• Competent at prioritising workload
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
