Our 3 year trainee scheme will:
See you working within the Customer Services Division predominately based in our Head Office in Stratford upon Avon. You will have a series of placements across the Customer Service’s Division and an opportunity to experience life in one of our regional offices (York or Bristol). You will experience a variety of roles in areas including Claims and Underwriting and gain a real understanding of how to manage relationships effectively to bring about the right solutions for customers.
Offer opportunities to be involved with delivering projects and change initiatives that enable real business benefit.
Develop your leadership, judgement and decision making skills.
Support you in obtaining relevant professional qualifications such as the CII Certificate in Insurance, and PRINCE2 Practitioner (Project Management qualification).
