Customer Operations is always about working for our customers, solving their problems, exceeding their expectations. In areas as diverse as Sales, Contact Centres, Projects and Field Operation.

What you'll do:

The aim of this scheme is to give you exposure to every area of our customer operations. That means you’ll get to:

  • Lead teams, manage projects and make decisions that have commercial consequences – essentially a fast-track to leadership;
  • Hone skills in Customer Operations, including influencing, negotiating, coaching and developing a growth mindset;
  • Gain experience in a wide range of business areas including Sales, Contact Centres, Projects and Field Operation.

And have the chance to pick up valuable qualifications as you progress through the programme.

What we're looking for:

High levels of enthusiasm and empathy with personal credibility. You thrive on engaging with customers. A flair for leadership, because you’ll be expected to become a first-rate manager – the sooner the better.

  • You’ll be on track to receive a minimum 2:1 Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any subject
