About the Role:

The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Database Coordinator will primarily be responsible for the management of information held on our CRM system. This will involve being accountable for maintaining the accuracy and relevance of our existing database of contact and business information. We pride ourselves on our market leading database and you will be playing a key role in the business through the investigation and correction of changes in our market. Over time you will gain a comprehensive understanding of business and organisational structure.

On top of maintaining our CRM database you will also gain exposure to other areas of the business, giving you transferrable skills and knowledge of elements such as marketing, administration, market research, sales, recruitment, business communication, projects and more.
