About the Role:

A new role has arisen for a Corporate Compliance Officer at Hentons & Co LLP, a busy firm based in Leeds, LS2. Working closely with the Partners and Senior Management Team you will establish yourself comfortably in this new position with key responsibilities being;

• Maintaining statutory reports and legal governance
• Updating changes with Companies House, filing annual returns etc
• Ensuring the security of the firms legal documents
• Arranging meetings, taking minutes etc

Requirements:

• Experience in financial services would be advantageous and working with Director and Senior Managers would be desirable.
• We are anticipating that you will develop this new position and so completion of the IOD is essential, which will be paid for by the firm.
