About the Role:

This opportunity will allow you to work in a fantastic team that is very supportive and who will provide coaching along the way.

As the Intern Analyst, this role will involve you pulling together Converse & retail partner information & data to inform & drive behaviour in the organisation. You will have the opportunity to work across functions within Converse, benefiting from valuable exposure.

You might find yourself:

  • Partnering the Sales ops manager & business analyst on adhoc requests
  • Running reports & checking data validity
  • Sourcing data to consolidate, analyse & review for key outputs.
  • Helping consolidate and analyse sell in vs sell through information for Converse that is in progress, and assist in its evolution.
  • Helping the Business Planning team focus on other priorities and allows the intern to run a project
  • Enhancing your analytical skill set, and by landing a new piece of work that will truly help shape and control the business going forward.
  • Working with leadership team and present to leadership members on progress of work.
  • Having the opportunity to explore within each function e.g retail visits with sales, P&L overview with finance, executions with marketing.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be currently undertaking an undergraduate course at a British University that supports 12 month industrial placements as part of the course
  • An analytical mindset, comfortable working with numbers and data and turning it into usable information
  • Provide opinions - you must be ready to speak up and to voice your thoughts and opinions
  • Good communication skills
  • Worked with excel before
  • Team player
