About the Roles:

There are 2 types of Commercial Internship available at Fidelity. If you show promise and improvement over the course of the summer, you could be offered a place on our graduate programme.

  • Operational Management: Distribution Operations is a global enterprise comprising myriad functions that support the success of the business, including Project Management, Business Analysts, Investment Operations, Brokerage and Process Automation to name but a few. The majority of our roles are based in our Surrey office. Over the course of an eight week programme, you’ll absorb and learn all about Fidelity International and discover how our component parts work together. This is particularly true within Distribution Operations where, in addition to the lunch and learns and overviews you will receive, you will complete a project in one of; Anti-Money Laundering, Brokerage, Fund Data Management or Pricing.
  • Sales and Marketing: Our Sales and Marketing teams are crucial to the success and continued growth of our business. From developing new investment products and solutions and telling our clients about them, to bringing in new business and managing client relationships to help them choose the right products; it’s an exciting and varied department to work in. As well as providing investment products, we provide innovative wealth management and retirement planning solutions. Over your eight weeks you’ll be allocated to one of our sales, marketing or product teams in either London or Surrey to give you a thorough understanding of our clients and their lifecycle, different markets and our products and solutions.

We’re looking for highly driven people with intellectual curiosity, ambition and an absolute commitment to serving the best interests of our clients. We want candidates with a thirst for knowledge, independent and confident thinkers, from any degree discipline and on track for a 2:1.
