About the role
As a Commercial Strategy co-pilot at Mars, you will play a key role in planning our 3 year strategy to grow our business. You will be responsible for ongoing analysis, governance, and tracking against all areas of Strategic Revenue Management which ultimately serve to improve the effectiveness of our investments and enable long term profitable growth. You will be responsible to co-pilot some of the worlds most loved Petcare brands alongside some of the UKs leading retailers.
Ideally you’ll be degree qualified with experience working in an analytical environment or role (like finance, sales analyst, account management, or category management). Within this, you will have commercial experience and acumen, working with P&Ls and using these to making clear recommendations. You will have had to build collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders and although not required, may understand FMCG context having worked in the industry.
