About the Role:

The role of the Commercial Sales Placement Student is to work within the Faurecia commercial team and support the day-to-day project tasks and activities with the aim of improving organisation and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the implementation of technical and commercial offers, maintain records of agreements and updates linked to the customer, ensuring complete records of the commercial relationship
  • Ensure commercial documentation is maintained consistently and accurately throughout in support of the Sales team
  • Maintenance of purchase orders for the department
  • Involvement in ECR monitoring, orders, tooling and D&D offers
  • Monitor prices and breakdowns and maintain records for the Commercial team
  • Customer relationship management; strengthen relationships between plants and customers
  • Fully project manage any special projects identified by the Manager

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate second year student on target for 2:1 or above
  • Enthusiastic, motivated and well organised
  • Strong written, communication and computer skills
  • Hardworking, flexible and reliable
  • Able to work well within a team
  • Self-confident, decisive and able to apply initiative
  • Committed to continuous improvement
