Client Service and Operations Internship at Valet Apartments

The Role:

Valet Apartments is a specialist provider of premium accommodation, taking pride in offering exceptional homes in central city locations. We are a young, dynamic company accommodating thousands of clients each month across our property portfolio, using partner platforms and our own website. We are actively looking for young talent with a keen interest in our industry for a 3 to 6 month internship, with a view to joining us as permanent employees should they demonstrate exceptional talent.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Ensuring excellence in our customer service, and maximum client satisfaction
  • Ensuring that all clients receive adequate information regarding their arrival to a property.
  • Ensuring all properties have been checked between stays and maintenance requirements have been satisfied before the clients' arrival.
  • Coordinate with arrivals team to ensure team members are being efficiently allocated.
  • Coordinate with occupants during stays to ensure all expectations are being met
  • Assist in our marketing efforts by creating content for our Social Media and Direct Marketing (e.g. Newsletters).
  • Build occupant database for future marketing.
  • General office management.
  • Deal with and resolve complaints.

Day-to-day activities will include:

  • Arrival management.
  • Client communication – outbound and inbound calls and emails.
  • Organising property maintenance & repairs
  • Social media marketing, Blog writing, Newsletters, General Content Writing
  • Office management

Rewards:

£400 per month plus an unlimited London travelcard
