About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Business Marketing Executive to join Murray Profiles, part of the Murray Plate Group an expanding company which is a market leading stockholder, processor and distributor of high quality steel products.

Based at our site in Sheffield, Herries Road, working with the Sales Management team the successful candidate will assist in the development of the business, through marketing of current business and sales capabilities, researching current markets and trends seeking out new business within the industry.

The candidate will ideally be a graduate of engineering or business.

The main tasks include:

• Detailed research in the market trends, products and new customers
• Actively market the business and products seeking new business
• Identify and contact new customers
• Agree customer credit ratings
• Achieve monthly targets as set in conjunction with management
• Continually seek opportunities to provide “Added Value”
• Promotion of all group products to customers
• Preparing reports on new customers
• Ensure Customer Supply Agreements are in place and Appendices kept up to date

Requirements:

• Be self-motivated, able to work in isolation but also contribute to team development and decision making.
• Be comfortable with statistical analysis techniques and have advanced IT capability.
• Use of Excel, experienced in the production and analysis of data
