About the Role:

Based within our Direct to consumer business, this graduate scheme is a two year programme with five rotations. The aim of this programme is to provide the successful candidates with the skills to become general managers within the world of insurance. Both graduates will carry out a number of rotations across the business, to gain the core understanding of each department, developing well-rounded individuals with a vast array of future career paths within Hiscox.

The five rotations have a duration of between 3 to 6 months in the areas of Marketing, Finance, Team Leadership, an optional rotation in either Underwriting or Project Management as well as an international secondment to one of Hiscox's offices all over the world.

  • Be available to join the programme in September 2018
  • Speak and write in fluent business English
  • Have the unrestricted right to work in the country for which you are applying
  • Have achieved, or be on track to achieve a 2.2 or above (or equivalent) in your degree
  • Have grades B or above in GCSE English and Maths and 300 UCAS points from your top 3 A-levels (not including General Studies), or equivalent
