About the Role:

With our 12 month placement and graduate opportunities, you will get first-hand experience of the Aviation industry. The industrial placement is an ideal opportunity for those who are studying a degree course with a sandwich year, to develop your skills and gain an invaluable exposure to a global business.

The scheme is designed to provide 12 months of stimulating experience to give highly motivated students an insight in to the world of aviation. As such, you will undertake two 6 month placements in various sections to refine your skills and build your confidence.

The Graduate Scheme is ideal for those who have finished their degree to gain entry to a successful, global organisation, and the chance to start a fantastic career journey. This is a two year scheme consisting of 4 placements across the business giving you a holistic insight to our operations.

For either scheme you’ll get the chance to work on live projects as an integral part of a highly skilled team; to deliver tangible output, ensuring that NATS maintains its place as a world-class air traffic service provider.

Requirements:

We would like you to be working towards a 2:1 Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in a relevant subject.

You should be an excellent communicator, confident in your abilities and have a mature, proactive approach to work. Strong problem solving skills and a highly analytical mind are key; as are commitment, drive and energy. It goes without saying that you’ll have a demonstrable interest in your subject outside of your studies. Aside from that, all we ask is that you meet the general health standards as defined by the NATS medical branch and you must be eligible for NATS security clearance.
